Jeff Box has been the Pastor at Chapel Hill since October, 2004.  His wife Evelyn is an Odessa native and a graduate of Odessa High School. Evelyn sings in the choir, works with children's Bible Drill Ministry and is the director of the Adult II Sunday School Class.  She is employed by ECISD as a third grade teacher.  Their daughter, Rachel lives in Allen, Texas and their son, Josh lives in Midland.  Jeff grew up in the Air Force where his dad served for 26 years.  He is a graduate of West Texas State University with a degree in Mass Communications and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Religious Education.  He has been in ministry since 1975 serving first as a Youth Minister and becoming a Baptist Student Ministries Director for 20 years before entering the Pastoral Ministry.  He also serves as a volunteer Chaplain for the Odessa Police Department and a fill-in Chaplain for Odessa Medical Center Hospital .

He enjoys photography, reading and cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys.

Jeff Cleere is the Associate Pastor.  He and his wife Vicki have been at Chapel Hill since April, 1999.  Both are lifelong residents of Odessa, and graduates of Odessa High School.  Jeff also has a Bachelor in Sociology from UTPB.  Jeff's primary responsibilities are in the areas of Worship, Music, Youth, and Media.  He also serves as the volunteer Chaplain at Odessa Regional Medical Center's West Campus.

Vicki sings in the choir, leads the Children's Music Ministry, plans our annual Trunk-N-Treat Carnival and fills in on the piano.  She works for the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.  Their youngest son Aaron lives at home and their oldest, BJ in San Antonio.

Jeff is a Jack-of-all-Trades and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and snowboarding.
